1. About these terms

This website, garveyrdflightshop.com, is operated by Garvey Rd. Flight Shop, a disc golf shop based in Michigan, USA ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms. 2. Our store and platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

3. Products and descriptions

• Discs: Many discs are pre-owned and/or sold on consignment for members of our Flight Xperts team. Garvey Rd. Flight Shop is the seller for every order placed on this site. We describe and photograph each disc's condition as accurately as we can. Used discs may show normal wear, ink or marks. Listed weights and colors are as accurate as we can make them, and colors can look different on different screens.
• Apparel and headwear are made to order by our print partner, Printful. Printed colors and placement may vary slightly from the product images.

4. Pricing, availability and orders

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Most discs are one of a kind. If an item sells out or can't be fulfilled after you order, we'll let you know and refund you in full for that item. We may fix pricing or listing errors, and we may refuse or cancel any order, for example one that is suspected of fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and automatic promotions have no cash value. They apply only as described at checkout, can only be combined where checkout allows, and may be changed or ended at any time.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. All disc sales are final. Made-to-order apparel can't be returned for size or preference, but defects, misprints and damage are covered as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Accounts and use of the site

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your shipping address. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for unlawful purposes.

8. Content and intellectual property

Site content, including our logo, designs, photos and text, belongs to Garvey Rd. Flight Shop or its licensors. You may not reuse it without our permission. Disc brand names and logos belong to their respective manufacturers.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," to the extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
