Shipping Policy

Discs and accessories
- Processing: Disc orders ship within 24 hours (1 business day) of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
- Carrier: USPS standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage).
- Some discs are consigned by members of our Flight Xperts team. They ship from us on the same timeline.
Apparel and headwear (made to order)
Our apparel and headwear are printed or embroidered to order by our print partner, Printful, and ship directly from Printful.
- Production time: usually 2–5 business days before your item ships. It can take longer during the November–December holiday season.
- Shipping time: usually 3–4 business days (US) after production.
- Apparel ships separately from discs, so an order with both may arrive in more than one package.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your items and address.
- Free shipping on orders of $75 or more with code FreeShipping75 (applied at checkout).
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each package when it ships.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
Delivery times are estimates, and carriers don't guarantee them. If your package is lost, or marked delivered but you can't find it, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate it and help file a claim. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
